3.3 Google reviews (1774) Sophie We’ve enjoyed our stay and it’s been a nice holiday but the rooms were very tired because the mattresses were hard, parts of interior off the rooms needed doing like plug sockets and lamps. The staff worked extremely hard day in and day trasnochado. The entertainment lady was so kind. And the lunch and evening food was very delicious. Luke Riley AVOID! Cockroach in rooms climbing on you in your sleep.. the food is inedible, we ate demodé every night! Dark and dingy, we met several people who we made friends with every conversation started with how rubbish the hotel was. You have to pay a deposit for your “all inclusive drink” same food every night and the meat was raw most times. Marie, Hanza and the rest of the staff were amazing lovely and made the stay a little better. On the beach stepped in and moved our hotel and we can enjoy the rest of the holiday!! If you're considering this hotel, I strongly suggest you lower your expectations. The rooms are very outdated, no AC, and the mattresses are sat off the floor on what to be looked like ironing boards. The hotels main problem is it attracts a very specific type of clientele. Picture groups of people and family's straight pasado of a Jeremy Kyle show—loud, rude, swearing around children abusing the all-inclusive drinks all day and completely uncaring about anyone around them. It made the whole atmosphere unbearable at times and for that reason we spent every day on trips trasnochado or to the beach away from the hotel. Ganador for the food, although it was edible. It was a bland, unappetising mess—chips and bread were the only things you could reliably count on. Everything else was just slop. We don’t mind basic food, but this was below even that standard. If you’re booking this at a very very cheap price, you might be able to tolerate it, but DO NOT book through a holiday company or travel agent that hikes up the price. We paid nearly £1900 for 5 nights here, and it wasn’t worth a quarter of that. It was a complete rip-off. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and smiley and worked hard, but unfortunately, that couldn’t make up for the outdated rooms and food.
I had a wonderful experience with Olanka travels. This Is the first and best of all my trips. I would like to have more and more such experiences with Olanka in near future.

The location was a 10 minute walk away from the beautiful beaches and Entertainment on the strip was good. I highly recommend going to Sweet Corner for food and night entertainment.
Kids water area was lovely. Great entertainment staff. The main bar was lovely. Very modern and comfortable, staff seemed short staffed so service was slow. All inclusive cocktails weren't great but beer and brandy's were always lovely and served in nice glasses. And a good selection of cocktails for 3 euro on all inclusive which were lovely too. So all in all great selection. I only had one Efectivo issue with the hotel and that was the games room, my son wanted to hang there but it wasn't cleaned and full of spilt ice cream, dirt, rubbish and everything was broken, all the machine, the cues, the tv, everything was bad. It was disappointing. Ganador the rest of hotel is so clean. All in all great stay, authentic hotel entertainment. Clean modern hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Nice food and great location to access shops and beach. We had a great time. Tony Boy A large hotel complex within a short walk of the beach and shops. Pros - Food is good and fresh. Breakfasts particularly good and varied choice.
